Verdant life grows wild

Ascending azure
Sky; scorching sun desiccates
The parched earth cries out
Fall
Flames fall from spent trees
Covering the cool brown earth
Doused by deep blue sky
Winter
The barren earth mourns
Snow frosts the frozen landscape
Blossoms sleep below
